Choose Landlord or Tenant when creating your account. No payment through 31 March 2027; ₹99 per year from 1 April 2027.
- Verify your email and sign in
Create an account with your email, password and email OTP, then sign in with your password. Or use Google without an app email OTP.
- Add your property details
Type or paste your property details directly into the message box. Include rent, deposit, rooms and facilities. Enter your mobile number, city/village, area, PIN code, taluka and district. All six fields are required. One property listing per landlord account, during free and paid membership.
- Connect with tenants
Keep your property details and mobile number up to date so interested tenants can contact you. Turn Property available off when rented, and on when available again.
For tenants

- Submit your rental requirements
Use Search directly, or optionally submit My rental requirements to see matching landlord properties by location and property type.
- Connect with landlords
Search words in property details, such as 1 BHK, flat, plot, PG or room, as well as district, taluka, city/village, area or PIN code. Use the landlord’s mobile number to get in touch.
Renew manually every year. Free access ends on 31 March 2027 (India time). From 1 April 2027, pay ₹99 for one year of access. Access pauses without an active membership; your saved data is kept. No automatic debit.
